Farm Calls ( Ambulatory)

Routine and Emergency farm calls to Augusta County, Rockbridge County, Botetourt County, Amherst, Roanoke, and Roanoke County. Dentistry, Wellness packages, Lameness examinations, Laceration Repair, Ophthalmic cases, etc.

Transportation Services

MVEH has a 4 horse slant load trailer and an expert driver that will be able to pick up and bring your horses in for veterinary appointments, emergencies, etc. If you think you will need hauling on an emergency it is best to call or email your driving directions to have on file now instead of trying to remember in time of an emergency. We cover our practice area on emergencies - Mt. Jackson to Roanoke. We will go further for scheduled appointments if needed. Layovers

Mountain View Equine Hospital can take stall or paddock layovers while traveling.

$25/horse/day for a stall
$10/horse/day for paddock
We clean the stall and provide the water
Gates locked for safety and live-in on the property.

Farm Sitting

We are now offering farm sitting services in the Staunton, Waynesboro, Augusta County, Lexington, and Rockbridge County. We can handle any animal and our skilled veterinary assistants and veterinary technicians will be caring for your family while you are away.
